Region 6 Band Division Colleagues,

Greetings. I apologize if you have already received this email from Jeff Whitaker. If not, our TMEA Spring Region 6 Band Div Meeting will be this Saturday, April 25, 2020, at 10:00 am. All supporting meeting documents will be sent out by email later in the week. We will be using the Zoom program to hold the meeting (which yall are probably experts at by now). We have exactly one hour for our meeting so please be on time. The meeting link is below. Please note that all participants are muted upon entering the meeting. See you all on Saturday.

Colleagues,

Our TMEA Region 6 Spring meeting is scheduled this Saturday, April 25th. Because of current circumstances, TMEA has provided each region a Zoom account. Our region steering committee met today and agreed to the schedule below. There will NOT be a general meeting. Any general TMEA information will be presented during the divisional meetings. UIL Reports from Charles Nail & Jay Lester will occur during the TMEA Band, Vocal & Orchestra meetings.
